To support our growth, we are looking for a quality controller (H/F).

Under the responsibility of the Quality Control Manager and integrated into a team of 6 people, you will ensure the conformity control of parts using various measurement instruments and according to the client's requirements, internal and external fabrications.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Analyzing technical documents: manufacturing order (MO), plan, dimensions, tolerances, client requirements, and specifications.
• Controlling internal and subcontracted fabrications in compliance with internal quality procedures: dimensional control (calipers, measuring column), visual control (magnifying glass, binocular, profile projector).
• Identifying and reporting non-conformities.
• Creating delivery dossiers.

You will work with various thin materials (stainless steel, aluminum and its alloys, titanium, etc…).

As a key player in the company, you will gradually develop technical expertise in the aeronautical field through internal training and support.

With a mechanical/production background, you have significant experience in an industrial environment, ideally in the control of metal parts.

You are able to read and interpret plans and use measurement instruments.

Knowledge of ressuage would be an additional asset.

You are meticulous, methodical, and have good interpersonal skills.

• Remuneration: € gross, depending on profile and experience
