Electrical Assembler II - 3rd Shift

We are looking for an Electrical Assembler Level 2 for our production team in Wendell, NC.

11:30 PM – 7:00 AM (train on the 1st shift for a period of time before moving to the 3rd shift at the manager’s discretion).

Hourly Rate: $22.46 plus a $1.50 shift differential.

• 1+ year of experience in mechanical assembly or a related mechanical field.
• 2+ years of experience with commercial or industrial wiring.
• 2+ years of experience using standard hand and power tools, including pneumatic and battery‑operated tools, wiring tools, and accurately reading a tape measure.
• Basic proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Proficiency in reading and working with schematic drawings, layouts, and wire lists with minimal supervision.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer-sponsored work authorization.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of electrical clearances.
• Associate’s Degree or technical training in a related area.
• Proven record in quality and productivity.

• Perform sub‑assembly and final assembly wiring with high accuracy and workmanship, including proper stripping and crimping techniques.
• Use large power cables, ensuring correct crimping methods, and assemble components on panels per layouts or drawings.
• Record job transactions, read BOMs, and follow layout and assembly drawings.
• Set and use torque wrenches correctly, adhering to developed processes and seeking ways to improve.
• Adhere to environmental and occupational health and safety policies, commit to continuous improvement, and be a strong team player.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
