Blending Operator (Full-time) - Overnight Shift

Position summary:

As a Blending Operator, you will work with machinery to produce world‑class products. This entry‑level role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.

Shift/

Schedule:

3rd shift, Sunday Night – Friday Morning, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM. Some weekends/overtime may be required.

Onboarding

Schedule:

4–5 day program, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM during the first week.

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients
• Complete quality checks and record data
• Keep work area clean
• Follow safety rules, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout shift
• Basic proficiency in English (verbal and written)

• Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred)
• Comfortable using computers or tablets
• Basic math and mechanical understanding
• Strong attention to detail
• Team‑oriented and dependable
• Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $23.00–23.60, including a $3.00 hour shift differential. Compensation may vary based on skills and location. Benefits include 401(k) with company match, healthcare coverage, and a competitive reward package.
