We are looking for a Machinist I to join our team. This position will be based onsite at our PACS manufacturing facility in Wendell, NC.As a Machinist I,you will be responsible for using precision tools and machines to create, repair, rework and assemble parts made from metal and other materials. You will set up and validate machining programs to ensure the safe and precise production of complex parts according to detailed print specifications. This role involves interpreting technical drawings, configuring settings on various machine shop machines, including but not limited to a mill, lathe and other equipment.
You will be overseeing the entire machining process to guarantee that all components meet the required quality standards. You will also troubleshoot and adjust programs as needed to optimize accuracy and efficiency while adhering to all safety protocols and production timelines. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining consistent output and achieving high-tolerance specifications for each part.
Hours:
6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Hourly Rate:$27.35

You’ll make an impact by:- Operate finish and engine lathe equipment to produce complex components, meeting customer requirements and production deadlines.
