Siemens is seeking a Team Lead for our GIS Production Team in Wendell, NC, on the 3rd shift. Training on 1st shift will occur at manager’s discretion before moving to the 3rd shift.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will lead the manufacturing activities, coordinate schedules, maintain training matrices, ensure tool calibration, and drive continuous improvement using Lean 5S/6S, 8 wastes, and Kaizens in a fast-paced environment.
