Job DescriptionPrestige Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity with excellent benefits! Must be willing to work 3rd shift.
Essential Job Functions:
- Ensure facilities and equipment are maintained to ensure safe and efficient production
- Preventative maintenance
- Support multiple projects including launch strategy and project timelines
- Review and provide input on new equipment.
- Mentor maintenance teams
- Coordinate training and skill improvements including apprenticeship education and training.
- Attend required environment, health and safety training with employees.
- Conduct effective, timely accident investigations and initiate corrective action.
- Strive for safe production and train and encourage employees to follow safe work practices
- Enforce rules and procedures consistently.
- Supports quality, environmental and 5S programs.
- Lead by Example.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree preferred
- 5+ years of Supervision experience in Industrial maintenance
