Crank Tank is seeking a motivated Retention Marketer with solid Email & SMS Marketing and/or Klaviyo Platform experience. This position reports directly to the CTO and is responsible for executing client retention marketing efforts campaigns. This position requires the ability to manage account health, implement growth strategy and be a proficient producer. Special consideration for Experienced SEO candidates. Prior agency experience is preferred.

The position is based in our Ketchum, Idaho location.

• Coordinate Retention Marketing Strategy with Account Executive
• Coordinate Tracking and Reporting Monthly
• Coordinate Email Automation / Templates / Triggers / Conditional Splits + Production

• 1 Year Digital Marketing at an Agency
• Email / SMS Certifications from Klaviyo
• Strong Communication and Organization Skills
• G‑Suite
• SEMRush Experience is a plus
