This full-time on-site role, located in Ketchum, , requires a Growth Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives designed to accelerate business growth. Responsibilities include developing and executing growth marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, analyzing marketing data, and optimizing web and marketing automation tools. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of marketing tactics with business objectives, as well as managing marketing projects from concept to execution.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Growth Marketing and Marketing Automation to drive business growth and streamline processes.
- Strong expertise in Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics to monitor performance and improve strategies.
- Project Management skills to coordinate marketing campaigns and ensure timely execution of plans.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team and with stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify growth opportunities and implement innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with tools and platforms used for marketing automation and analytics (e.g., Hub Spot, Google Analytics) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; additional certifications in marketing strategy or analytics are advantageous.
