Overview

We are seeking a Senior Director of Integrated Marketing to join PROCEPT Bio Robotics. This is a pivotal leadership role for a marketing leader with a proven track record of building, scaling, and operationalizing integrated marketing systems in a high-growth environment. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this leader will orchestrate how marketing comes together across global markets, audiences, channels, and agency partners to drive measurable business impact.

The role acts as a central integrator across audience, product portfolio, and corporate initiatives, ensuring alignment, consistency, and coordinated execution across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities
  • Integrated Marketing Planning & Orchestration:
    Own and drive integrated marketing planning across global markets, audiences, channels, and campaigns; translate strategic priorities into clear plans and briefs; define priorities, sequencing, and resource allocation to maximize impact and efficiency.
  • Agency Ecosystem Leadership:
    Lead a multi-partner agency ecosystem, define roles and standards across strategy, execution, data, and partners; drive cross-agency integration and a unified plan with accountability.
  • Data, Insights & Performance:
    Partner with data and analytics teams to embed insights into planning and execution; translate performance data into clear actions for agencies and internal teams.
  • Operating Model & Ways of Working:
    Design and refine planning cadence, governance, workflows, and decision rights; establish scalable, globally consistent processes.
  • Executive & External Communications Alignment:
    Support external communications (media, press, executive communications, thought leadership) with consistent messaging for HCP, patient, and corporate audiences.
Qualifications We Need You to Possess
  • Strategic and systems-oriented leader able to design operating models, governance structures, and scalable processes.
  • Experience in complex agency ecosystems (e.g., agency-side account management, strategy, or integrated planning) is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 10–15+ years of progressive marketing experience, with 5–7+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven experience leading integrated marketing across diverse markets and regulatory environments.
  • Experience managing external vendors and agencies in multi-partner ecosystems.
  • Experience operating at an enterprise level, influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving alignment in complex organizations.
  • Proven ability to operate in ambiguity, define structure, and build scalable processes in high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate marketing strategies into effective, cross-channel campaigns and execution.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
  • Ability to be in the San Jose office regularly, with flexibility based on business needs.
We Would Like You to Possess
  • Experience with in medical device, healthcare technology, or related industry preferred.
  • Expertise in developing and executing integrated campaigns that drive awareness and market adoption.
  • Experience developing messaging and content strategies across HCP, patient, and hospital executive audiences.
  • Global marketing execution experience across regions, including adaptation for local markets.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing ecosystems (SEO/SEM, social, email, paid media) and analytics.
  • Strong project and program management capabilities across multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and geographies in matrixed organizations.
Compensation

Pay Range for this role: $259,360 to $305,130.
