Registered Nurse

The OR RN acts as a team member by aiding in the supervision and administration of quality care in the hospital. This role is accountable for planning, organizing, directing, and delivering patient care by utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established policies and procedures among patient/family, medicine, nursing, ancillary, and other team personnel.

This position acts as a patient advocate, assessing patients for educational, physiological, psychosocial, comfort, and safety needs. The OR RN maintains current knowledge and personal education about standards of professional nursing practices and attends staff meetings and other trainings required by TVH. This position allows for flexibility in scheduling the needs of a 24/7 facility.

Minimum Requirements:
Previous Surgical Experience preferred.
