Registered Nurse -Charge

DaVita is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Lead / Clinical Coordinator to join our outpatient dialysis team. This is a hands‑on clinical leadership role that works side‑by‑side with the team on the treatment floor, providing direct patient care while guiding clinical operations.

• Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes
• Supervise clinical staff, including PCTs
• Ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery
• Build long‑term relationships with patients and families
• Work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment

• Current RN license and CPR certification
• 3 years of RN experience
• 6+ months dialysis experience preferred
• Charge RN readiness approval required
• ADN required; BSN preferred
• ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Wage Range: $53.00-$69.00 per hour.
