Hire Now Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned, highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to join one of our valued client partners. Hire Now Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this primary care provider role.

This position requires a clinically confident, independent provider who can manage a full spectrum of care across all ages while operating in a single-provider clinic environment.

• Deliver comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic conditions
• Perform preventative care, routine exams, and health screenings
• Manage daily patient volumes that fluctuate seasonally
• Operate independently as the primary provider within the clinic
• Utilize EMR systems for accurate documentation and care coordination
• Collaborate with support staff and local healthcare resources as needed
• Participate in light weekday call coverage via phone

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Active, unrestricted license to practice
• Ability to independently manage a full patient panel
• Strong clinical judgment across acute, chronic, and preventative care
• Comfortable working as the sole provider in a rural setting
• Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
• Stable and consistent employment history

• Prior experience in family medicine or primary care settings
• Experience practicing in rural or underserved communities
• Familiarity with EMR systems such as eClinical

• Jumpy or unstable employment history
• Inability to work independently without direct supervision
• No experience managing full-spectrum primary care
• Discomfort practicing in a rural or isolated environment
• Preference for highly structured or multi-provider settings

• Board-certified/eligible Family Nurse Practitioner with active license
• Proven ability to independently manage patient care across all ages
• Strong clinical foundation in both acute and chronic care management
• Comfortable operating as the sole provider in a clinic setting
• Adaptable to seasonal patient volume fluctuations
• Strong communicator focused on long-term patient relationships
• Stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment

• NP with rural or independent practice experience
• Provider comfortable with autonomy and decision-making
• Clinician who values continuity of care in a close-knit community
• Flexible and resourceful in lower-resource environments

• Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 base (DOE)

  Onsite in Island Park
• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Student loan repayment (up to 50%, eligibility-based)
