Job Overview
The Terraces of Boise, one of 13 Human Good communities honored by U.S. News & World Report as a "Best Nursing Home", is hiring a Full‑time Registered Nurse (RN) for its Skilled Nursing team. Our RNs are responsible for the total nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for Person‑Directed Care.”
Schedule:
Full‑time, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday nights, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM. Pay: $40–$46 / hr (DOE) + $2.00 / hr Night Shift Differential.
- Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm.
- Perform comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments.
- Initiate plan of care as needed and appropriately supervise resident care.
- Develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.
- Current RN license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current or prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post‑acute or sub‑acute care is preferred.
