Location: Island Park
Rockville Center is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing facility team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive nursing care for residents in the SNF and Long Term Care Unit, administer medications (including IVs), monitor vital signs, and contribute to patient education and outcomes.
The LPN will collaborate with physicians, NPs, families and other healthcare professionals and supervise CNAs.
