We are seeking a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing team, providing comprehensive nursing care with a focus on Person-Directed Care.
Key Responsibilities Include- Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors
- Performing nursing evaluations and assessments
- Developing and initiating care plans, supervising resident care
- Coordinating assignments with care team members to ensure resident satisfaction
- Current RN license
- CPR certification
- Preferred experience in senior, skilled, post-acute, or sub-acute care
