Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 per year

The Nurse Manager provides leadership and oversight for nursing operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care within an inpatient rehabilitation setting. This individual will support staff development, drive operational excellence, and foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and exceptional patient outcomes.

• Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services on assigned shifts or units.
• Ensure all patient care activities are completed in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Assign and manage nursing personnel to meet patient care needs.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify staff development and training opportunities.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction goals.
• Serve as a clinical leader, mentor, and resource for nursing staff.
• Promote a positive, patient-focused culture and celebrate patient successes throughout the rehabilitation journey.

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the applicable state.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required within one year of hire.
• CRRN certification required within one year of eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of nursing experience, including recent inpatient hospital experience.
• Prior leadership experience in a charge nurse, lead nurse, supervisor, or similar role.
• Proven ability to manage staff performance, resolve issues, and drive positive patient and operational outcomes.

• Inpatient rehabilitation, acute care, or hospital-based nursing leadership experience.
• Strong team-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing clinical operations and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
