MCPAWS Veterinary Hospital is seeking multiple positions for veterinarians
-both as the Director of Veterinary Services and Staff Veterinarian. This is a unique opportunity that combines clinical veterinary practice with shelter medicine. Additionally, strategic leadership will be a part of the Director position.
The ideal candidate will be committed to actively participating in the local community and MCPAWS events. As a key leader, you will collaborate closely with our practice manager to develop and implement budgets, training programs, and staffing plans, ensuring the highest standards of care and operational efficiency.

WHY McCall, :McCall is a small resort town in the central mountains of Idaho. McCall is known in the winter for its snowmobiling, alpine, Nordic and backcountry skiing.
