The Ski and Ride School Monitor is an important part of our Ski and Ride team, helping to ensure a smooth, safe, and welcoming experience for our guests and their families. This hands-on role supports daily setup, service, and clean-up operations, and assists ski instructors with class management throughout the day.

Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly, professional attitude

Provide excellent customer service to parents, children, and fellow team members

Assist with setup and breakdown of indoor and outdoor areas, including signage, fencing, and seating

Support the preparation, serving, and cleanup of snacks and lunch service

Assist ski instructors with class organization, transitions, and general child management

Maintain a clean and safe workspace, including sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, and stocking/restocking supplies

Support restroom cleaning and tidying as needed

Friendly, approachable, and adaptable in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment

Must be able to follow instructions, stay organized, and communicate clearly with both children and adults

Previous experience working with children or in hospitality preferred, but not required

Must be dependable, punctual, and a strong team player

Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions (sun, rain, heat, cold, snow, etc.)

Availability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled

Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as walking, lifting, gripping, and reaching

Can safely lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
