We are looking for an Electro-Mechanical Quality Test Technician I to join our production team on the 2nd shift. This position will be based in Wendell, NC.

Shift

Hours:

3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Hourly Rate: $24.79 + $1.50 Shift Differential

• 1+ years of experience in testing, inspecting, and troubleshooting electrical equipment.
• Ability to conduct thorough final inspections on all electrical equipment, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
• Experience with various test equipment, including Hi‑pot testing.
• Proficiency in reading schematic drawings, layouts, and wire lists for circuit troubleshooting.
• Basic proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship.

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• Residential or commercial electrical education or certifications.

• Perform final electro‑mechanical inspections on units, ensuring adherence to company quality standards and guidelines.
• Conduct nondestructive tests on equipment according to specifications and drawings, troubleshoot failures, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain inspection and quality reports, working professionally with Engineering and Wiring teams during tests and reporting findings.
• Adhere to Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety policies, with a commitment to continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
