Responsibilities
- Acts as a testing resource for the lab
- Supports current technicians and provides testing services
- Assists in maintaining documentation of test results, procedures and calibration of tools and equipment
- Delivers accurate and timely test results and assists production with in-process testing
- Maintains quality records and procedures
- Certifies physical properties to customers and generates certificate of compliance
- Maintains and designs labs inventory of test consumables
- Accountable for compliance of materials to material specifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in quality field in manufacturing environment
- Experience with data analysis and database computer programs
- Ability to use various laboratory testing tools
Demonstrates expertise in laboratory testing, data analysis, and compliance with material specifications while maintaining accurate documentation and quality records. Proficient in using laboratory testing tools and managing inventory of test consumables.
