Rite Stuff Foods seeks a motivated Quality Assurance Technician to join its team. The Quality Assurance Technicians role is to administer policies and procedures related to quality and food safety, and actively engaged as a member of Rite Stuff Quality Management Team, through monitoring, and development of quality systems and processes.
ResponsibilitiesTechnicians audit the production process to ensure finished products meetall standards of production, packaging, presentation and quality.
- Technicians ensure compliance with applying written specifications, standards, and good manufacturing practices.
- Technicians complete an assortment of product attributes daily, including but not limited to:
- Conforming product & equipment Hold & Release
- CCP direct observations, records review, pre-shipment, verification activities
- Calibration
- SOP and GMP procedures for receiving, cooking, cooling, trace
- Finished product & equipment Hold & Release
- Net weights
