Are you a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships and helping people find a place they're proud to call home? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new opportunities? If so, we invite you to join our team!

We're seeking an energetic and customer-focused Leasing Professional to help launch our brand-new Build-to-Rent (BTR) community. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a lease-up from the ground floor, playing a key role in introducing prospective residents to a unique rental lifestyle while helping build a vibrant new community.

What You'll Do

As a Leasing Professional, you'll serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents, providing exceptional customer service throughout the leasing journey. Your passion for sales, attention to detail, and commitment to creating a positive resident experience will contribute to the successful lease-up of the community.

Responsibilities include:

  • Welcome prospective residents and provide personalized tours of model homes, amenities, and the community.
  • Build rapport with prospects and guide them through the leasing process from initial inquiry to move-in.
  • Meet and exceed leasing goals by converting leads into signed leases.
  • Respond promptly to phone, email, text, and online inquiries while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, floor plans, and community features.
  • Process rental applications, prepare lease documents, and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Coordinate move-ins and provide a seamless, positive experience for new residents.
  • Assist with resident retention initiatives and community events.
  • Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing activity within the property management system.
  • Collaborate with the Community Manager and onsite team to support occupancy goals and resident satisfaction.
  • Participate in outreach marketing efforts and local networking opportunities to generate new leads.
What We're Looking For
  • One or more years of leasing, sales, hospitality, customer service, or related experience preferred.
  • Previous multifamily or Build-to-Rent leasing experience is a plus.
  • Lease-up experience is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet sales goals and build lasting customer relationships.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable using property management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Professional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Availability to work weekends and a flexible schedule as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Entrata, Real Page, or similar property management software.
Why You'll Love This Opportunity
  • Be part of an exciting new Build-to-Rent lease-up community.
  • Help shape the resident experience from the very first move-in.
  • Join a collaborative, high-energy team focused on delivering exceptional service.
  • Competitive compensation with leasing commissions and bonus opportunities.
  • Paid time off and holidays.
  • Ongoing training, professional development, and career advancement opportunities.

If you're passionate about sales, customer service, and helping people find their next home, we'd love to hear from you. Join our team and help create an exceptional living experience from day one!
