Ensure the restaurant operates in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including health, wage, age, ADA, OSHA, and other applicable laws;
Provide leadership to the restaurant team to deliver superior guest service, quality, and cleanliness while cultivating Firehouse Subs' culture and values;
Manage profitability by controlling food cost, labor, controllables, utilities, and sales growth within established guidelines;
Coordinate and implement current operations game plans and company initiatives in a timely and profitable manner;
Staff the restaurant with qualified personnel and train/develop the Assistant Manager and Shift Managers
