Dollar General - - - Responsibilities:
Recruit, select and retain qualified employees and ensure the store is properly staffed;
Provide training for employees; conduct performance evaluations; identify gaps for solutions and counseling;
Open and close the store regularly (at least two times per week for opening and two times for closing);
Evaluate operating statements to identify business trends, expenses, shrink, and inventory management issues; manage ordering;
Maintain inventory levels and ensure cash control, security practices, and excellent customer service leadership
