Lowe's - - 3400 North Eagle Road - Responsibilities:
Provides SMART customer service at all times through daily execution of Lowe's customer service policies;
Seeks out customers to understand needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise;
Listens to and responds to customer and associate questions by guiding them through areas of the store;
Communicates information to customers regarding stock, special order merchandise, features, benefits, applications, and warranty information;
Writes customer contracts and invoices for equipment rental and tool repairs (Tool Rental Department)
