Location: Headquarters

The Project Administrator works closely with the Vice President and Director of Store Installations, coordinating floor plans, fixture orders, merchandising supply orders, and calculating SKU capacity for project stores.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain store layout files to reflect current fixture location for all stores and update layouts as needed.
  • Place orders and manage follow-up for merchandising supplies and equipment for all store projects.
  • Maintain the system for comparing new store inventories and calculating running feet of fixture required per floor plan.
  • Gather information on new and existing buildings, as well as building additions, and develop floor plans with front-room and back-room locations.
  • Place fixture orders for projects directly with fixture suppliers.
  • Ensure Installation field teams have the necessary items to complete projects.
  • Consistently strive to improve efficiency of processes.
  • Embrace new changes in job functions.
  • Track projects with accurate data.
  • Manage any other projects as needed and directed by department management.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Required:

  • High School diploma
  • Minimum 1-2 years of retail store experience
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Typing, computer knowledge, basic Excel skills
  • Previous experience using AutoCAD (lite) and accurate CAD techniques for developing drawings
