Cashiers are customer service experts who are an integral part of our success and we strive to get the best in the business! We are currently hiring for a cashier at our Hayden store location.

• Stay current on product knowledge from a large selection of vendors
• Maintain a sanitized and orderly area
• Be knowledgeable on a variety of basic questions concerning merchandise and its locations in the store
• Answer phones and transfer customers to the correct departments
• Provide a smooth customer service experience by maintaining an efficient checkout process and orderly traffic flow through check out
• Provide accurate sales transactions through point-of-sale equipment and process all types of payments including cash, credit, house accounts, etc.
• Have a working knowledge of all store policies and procedures, including returns, refunds, account payments and deliveries.

Customer Service Experts Qualifications/

Skills:

• Detail orientated for accurate billing
• Possess excellent communications skills
• Cashier experience helpful but we are willing to train the right person
• Outstanding Customer Service skills and a professional attitude
• Team player with a willingness to contribute wherever needed
• Highly organized, ability to multi-task with acute attention to detail
• Able to lift and handle products of varying weight as needed
