Sales Coordinator

Overview

Movado Group invites you to build a career as a Sales Coordinator
, partnering with the sales organization to manage wholesale accounts and ensure operational excellence in all sales activities.

• Support the management of North America accounts, including sales reporting, seasonal assortments, and order maintenance.
• Compile and analyze sales by SKUs & doors using customer portals; communicate monthly door‑selling and SKU reports.
• Provide field representatives with picture files of account‑specific assortments.
• Enter, maintain, and track orders in SAP; check price holds and monitor fill.
• Set up customer web forms and coordinate digital images; maintain web content accuracy.
• Support customer meetings, trainings, and market weeks; serve as a customer service liaison.
• Coordinate opening of new accounts, review applications, obtain approvals, and track required materials.
• Assist marketing with line‑sheet management, seasonal training, merchandising guidelines, and sample tracking; update GXS catalogs monthly.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (0–2 years of professional experience a plus).
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain collaborative relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; detail‑oriented with time‑management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.

Hourly rate: $26.00 to $29.00, depending on experience and market location.
