Responsible for generating leads by cold‑calling potential customers from lists generated by Sales and Marketing, qualifying and passing leads for walk‑in customers, marketing campaigns, Caterpillar, and internal leads created by the parts and service team. Collect and maintain customer information, provide up‑to‑date product literature, support marketing events, act as contact point for marketing campaigns, follow‑up customer service calls after sales to gauge satisfaction, and occasionally work Saturdays.

• Generate leads by cold‑calling potential customers from lists generated by Sales and Marketing.
• Qualify and pass leads for walk‑in customers, marketing campaigns, Caterpillar, and internal leads created by the parts and service team.
• Collect and maintain customer information, including contact details, address, phone, and email.
• Maintain entire library of sales and technical product literature and provide customer updates upon request.
• Outbound calls to drive attendance at marketing events.
• Act as information contact point noted on marketing campaigns.
• Follow‑up customer service calls after sales to gauge satisfaction with the sales process.
• Occasional Saturdays may be required.

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent combination of training and experience providing required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Self‑starter who works with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and CRM systems.
• Bilingual, a plus.
