Customer Service Rep, Client Relationship Manager
Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between the Service Department technicians and the parts department to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Meet and greet customers with courtesy and efficiency.
- Provide an outstanding guest experience and determine the course of action for each vehicle.
- Obtain customer authorization for work and write up service needs.
- Give customers accurate estimates for dollar amount and completion time of work.
- Communicate effectively with customers to achieve satisfactory repairs and sales of necessary repair or maintenance items.
- Explain warranty and service/insurance policies to customers.
- Keep customers informed and advise them of the prognosis of their vehicle.
- Call customers to set appointments and answer telephones in a timely manner.
- Attend and complete required training and department meetings.
- High School Diploma and one year of related sales experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Current valid driver’s license.
- Good reading, writing, and math skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding customer service ability.
- Ability to work retail hours.
- Computer proficiency.
Competitive wages commensurate with job-related skills, experience, education or training, and geographic location. This commission eligible role offers an average monthly pay range of $3,000‑$10,000, with earning potential based on performance.
