The Outreach Executive (OE) is responsible for developing relationships with members of the community to engage Medicare seniors with Oak Street Health, with the goal of having those individuals become patients.
Outreach Executives work closely with Outreach Managers, Outreach Directors, and Community Relationship Managers to drive new patient growth locally in their assigned territory.

Pay Range: $18.50 - $42.35 (base hourly or full‑time salary; actual depends on experience, education, geography, etc.)
Eligible for CVS Health bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive programs.
