Join our program supporting Airbnb’s Luxe program as a Home Consultant and help us uphold the exceptional quality and hospitality standards expected from the luxury homes in Airbnb’s Luxe offering.

As part of our Managed Services program, you will conduct in-person home assessments, document property conditions, capture photos, and provide detailed evaluation reports to support our luxury quality review process. Consultants typically complete home consultations in approximately 2 hours, with some variation depending on property size

This opportunity offers compensation on a per-assignment basis. Candidates should propose their rate for reviewing and submitting a report for a 1-bedroom home. Average base rates within this region generally fall bet

perty. An additional $5 USD will be added for each additional bedroom, up to 8 bedrooms to

In addition to the consultation fee, consultants will also receive compensation for travel for each day they conduct an assessment at a predetermined rate based on the consultant's distance from the center of the zone they are assign
ed to. Travel compensation will range from $5 - $92 depending on the zone and the candidate’s proximity to the assigne
