Security Officer - Entry Access Control

Location: Parma

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, screening entry and exit activity, and supporting security-related protocols at the location.;
Monitor access points, verify credentials, issue visitor badges and/or passes, and document arrivals, departures, deliveries, and restricted area activity in accordance with site policies.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or first responders when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, gates, parking areas, and perimeter zones to help identify unusual activity, equipment concerns, and/or unauthorized access attempts.;
Observe vehicle traffic, inspect incoming and outgoing loads when required by post orders, and complete reports related to access control events, policy violations, and other security-related matters.
