Position: Security Officer for Sun Valley
Location: Sun Valley

We are looking to fill a security guard position in Sun Valley and the surrounding areas. We are looking for someone with open availability; weekend shifts are a must. Security guards must be professional and friendly. They have to be alert and be willing to perform foot patrol. The ideal candidate will be vigilant, professional, and capable of responding effectively to security concerns.

As part of our commitment to maintaining a professional and welcoming environment, all employees are expected to present themselves in a neat, well-groomed, and polished manner. This includes maintaining high standards of personal hygiene and grooming at all times. This also includes no visible Tattoos.

Maintain a solid level of communication with management

Management of Access Control Procedures Ability to consistently follow company protocols and procedures

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at various levels

Attention to detail

Ability to take initiative and achieve results

Must have a valid CA guard card license

Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time

Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure

Effective oral and written communication skills

Reliable Means of Transportation Driver License Preferred but not Mandatory (Some Positions require it)
Proficient computer and/or smartphone skills including Microsoft Office Active listening skills and understands situational awareness

Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively

Ability to identify escalating conditions and quickly mitigate same
