Job Schedule:
Day Time — Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM;
Thu 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM;
Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM;
Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM;
Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and contractors by following site-specific security-related procedures, access requirements, and emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
- Control access at entry and exit points by verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, maintaining access records, and directing authorized individuals and/or vehicles according to site protocols.
- Monitor inbound and outbound traffic, including deliveries and contractor arrivals, and report unusual activity, access concerns, and/or policy violations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations by following post orders, communicating with site contacts, and documenting security-related events in a clear and timely manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around access points, restricted areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity while observing changing site conditions.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
