Location: Parma
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Monitor entrances, exits, gates, and credential checkpoints to help regulate site access;
Verify identification, issue visitor credentials, maintain entry and exit records, and report unusual activity, access concerns, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with alarms, evacuations, and other security-related matters;
Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help observe conditions and report hazards, equipment issues, and/or suspicious activity
