Senior Heavy Equipment Operators - Soda Springs,

Turner Mining Group is seeking Senior Heavy Equipment Operators for their mining operations in Soda Springs, Idaho. These professionals will oversee operational quality, efficiency, and safety, acting as field leaders and mentors for other operators. The ideal candidates are experienced, safety-focused, and committed to upholding company values while supporting training and development within the team.

• Valid and insurable driver’s license
• 3-5 years’ experience in mining or heavy industry (preferred)
• Ability to pass and maintain mobile equipment skills qualifications (excavator, loader, dozer, grader, water truck, haulage truck)
• Willingness and ability to adhere to OSHA / MSHA regulatory requirements
• Ability to perform physical tasks: lift up to 85 lbs, push/pull 55 lbs, climb, kneel, squat, and sustain repetitive movements
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible shifts (days and nights)
• Smart phone navigation skills
• Exemplary attendance and safety record

• Multi-lingual communication skills
• Experience with training and developing other operators
• Experience assisting with MSHA regulatory training and compliance
• Proactive attitude towards safety and continuous improvement
