American Stone is hiring a full-time Diesel Mechanic to maintain and repair quarry equipment and fleet vehicles. No es necesario hablar bien el inglés.

$25 to $35 per hour depending on experience.

You will be responsible for inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on heavy equipment and diesel systems while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

• Perform inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment
• Diagnose and repair diesel engines and heavy equipment
• Work on hydraulic systems, brakes, suspension, and transmissions
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently
• Assist with troubleshooting mechanical issues in the field when needed

Required:

• Experience working with diesel engines or heavy equipment
• Ability to perform physical work and lift heavy objects
• Ability to pass dr
  * g screening

Preferred:

• Experience with heavy equipment (loaders, excavators, trucks)
• Welding or fabrication experience
• Technical certification in diesel mechanics
• English proficiency is not required

You will work daylight hours as you are capable, minimum 40 hours per week. You might work Saturdays. You have Sundays off.
