• Install and replace custom garage door systems and components.
• Repair residential and commercial doors and openers.
• Troubleshoot and program garage‑door electronics.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections.
• Install and configure motors for residential and commercial use.
• Operate scissor lifts (training and certification provided).

• Mechanically inclined with 2+ years in construction, mechanical, or related fields (preferred).
• Comfortable with hand and power tools.
• Eager to learn and grow in a skilled trade.
• Dependable, safety‑conscious, and service‑driven.
• Able to lift 75 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation required.

• Full‑time hours: 40+ per week, with paid overtime (average 45–50 hrs).
• Training pay: $25 per hour during the 3–5 month training period.
• Post‑training pay: $50,000–$90,000 per year (based on performance and efficiency).
