Direct Communications in Soda Springs, Idaho, is seeking a tech-savvy problem solver for the Outside Fiber Plant team. You will bridge our high-tech network and customers, provisioning services and resolving complex issues to keep subscribers connected.
You’ll troubleshoot Tier 2 problems across fiber, DSL and landline, monitor systems, and assist field technicians. A Tuesday–Saturday schedule is required, with strong emphasis on teamwork and continuous learning.
