Mechanic, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

We are looking for a dependable, motivated Entry-Level Snowmobile & ATV Mechanic to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has an interest in powersports, and wants to build their mechanical skills in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

The mechanic will help keep our fleet of snowmobiles, ATVs, and UTVs safe, reliable, and ready for customers. This position is ideal for someone with basic mechanical knowledge who is eager to learn and develop their skills.

• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on snowmobiles, ATVs, and UTVs

• Change engine oil, filters, spark plugs, belts, and other routine service items

• Inspect machines before and after rentals

• Diagnose basic mechanical and electrical problems

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs under the direction of experienced mechanics

• Perform pre-season and post-season maintenance

• Clean, service, fuel, and prepare rental machines

• Check suspension, brakes, steering, tracks, tires, and other safety components

• Help maintain an organized and clean shop

• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs

• Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and preparing equipment when needed

• Follow proper safety procedures and manufacturer recommendations

• Provide occasional assistance to customers and other members of the rental team

• Basic mechanical knowledge or hands-on experience preferred

• Interest in snowmobiles, ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, automobiles, or other powersports equipment

• Willingness to learn and take direction

• Dependable, punctual, and hardworking

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Good attention to detail

• Ability to safely use common hand and power tools

• Ability to work outdoors and in changing weather conditions

• Valid driver's license preferred

• Previous professional mechanic experience is not required

Certification are not required, but for right long term candidate, our company will assist you in obtaining them.
