United Site Services is seeking a Lead Technician - Service to oversee daily field operations for portable restrooms, temporary fencing, and related site solutions. In this hands-on role, you'll run routes, perform service and maintenance, and lead a small team of technicians on construction, industrial, and event sites. You'll schedule and prioritize work, ensure safe and compliant operations, and resolve on-site issues with customers.
This position promotes a safety-first, customer-focused culture while offering advancement opportunities and extensive safety training in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and perform service, cleaning, and maintenance of portable restrooms and related equipment on construction and event sites
- Schedule, prioritize, and assign daily service routes to technicians to meet customer requirements
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and ensure proper loading, safety, and DOT compliance
- Train, mentor, and support field technicians on safety, quality, and service procedures
- Monitor job sites for safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Troubleshoot field issues, resolve customer concerns, and coordinate with operations and customer service teams
- Maintain accurate service records, logs, and documentation for each route and job site
- Inspect equipment and report repair or replacement needs to maintenance or operations leaders
- Promote and enforce safety-first culture, including use of PPE and adherence to protocols
- Support continuous improvement of service processes, route efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Required Skills
- Route planning and field service operations

- Knowledge of safety, PPE, and OSHA/DOT standards
- Use of handheld or mobile routing and logging tools
- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Driving and operating service trucks safely
