Production Worker – St. Maries, Idaho

What You’ll Earn
  • $26.00–$28.00 per hour depending on experience
  • Overtime paid at time-and-a-half
  • $2,500+ referral bonuses
  • Profit sharing up to 3%

What You’ll Do
  • Keep production moving by pulling lumber from lines
  • Stack, package, and prepare finished product for shipment
  • Apply barcodes and perform detail‑oriented tasks
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

This is hands‑on, physical work in a fast‑paced industrial setting where your effort directly drives production and keeps the mill running.

Physical & Environmental Requirements
  • Lift up to 60 lbs. and stand for up to 10 hours
  • Work safely around moving mechanical equipment
  • Comfortable in loud conditions with airborne sawdust
  • Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor temperatures
Qualifications

You do not need a diploma or prior mill experience.

If you show up reliably, work safely, and are ready to learn, we will train you and invest in your growth. Many of our skilled trades professionals have started in this role.
