We are currently seeking motivated and experienced registered Psychologists, Social Workers, and Counsellors to join our dynamic team as Senior Consultants.

In this role, you will:

• Provide high‑quality EAP counselling services.
• Assess work stressors and risk factors in diverse workplaces.
• Offer solution‑focused interventions and support.
• Be self‑motivated with excellent time management skills.

• Tertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences and registration with the appropriate professional body.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in allied health.
• Experience in short‑term, solutions‑oriented interventions.
• Excellent time management, report writing, and negotiation skills.
