We are currently seeking motivated and experienced registered Psychologists, Social Workers, and Counsellors to join our dynamic team as Senior Consultants.
AboutThe Role
In this role, you will:
- Provide high‑quality EAP counselling services.
- Assess work stressors and risk factors in diverse workplaces.
- Offer solution‑focused interventions and support.
- Be self‑motivated with excellent time management skills.
- Tertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences and registration with the appropriate professional body.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in allied health.
- Experience in short‑term, solutions‑oriented interventions.
- Excellent time management, report writing, and negotiation skills.
