Responsibilities include:

• Delivering high-quality speech and language therapy services to students across a range of caseloads
• Developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conducting assessments and producing clear, comprehensive evaluation reports
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic student support
• Maintaining accurate documentation and participating in meetings for student progress reviews
• Providing guidance and communication strategies to teachers and families

Preferred qualifications:

• Active Idaho SLP License (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC)
• Proven experience working as a school-based SLP
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability to caseload fluctuations
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
