Centerstone is seeking a Parenting Partner/Mentor to provide active, hands-on peer support to a caseload of parent/caregivers across three counties. Work may occur in agency, homes, or community settings, with the goal of empowering families and reducing bias about parents.
You will collaborate with child welfare systems, the courts, and community partners, drawing on lived experience and evidence-based practices to coach families toward positive outcomes. Travel up to 50% is required.
