Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, driven, team player to help us design and develop our Salesforce instance in the Financial Services Cloud for multiple business units across One Digital including Wealth, Retirement, PEO, and Medicare teams. Our Salesforce team is agile and highly collaborative. As our business grows, the processes become more complex and require someone who is willing to think outside the box to meet the demands of our users.
The everyday operations will have you meeting with users and teammates to determine the best course of action to meet complex business process needs by building intuitive and user‑friendly interfaces.
- Develop and maintain applications
- Design and implement solutions using the Salesforce platform, including custom objects, custom metadata, fields, flows, action plans, and reports
- Be a subject matter expert in Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Customize database:
Create new fields, complex flows, dynamic lightning pages, and complex formulas - Manage and monitor data integrity and security
- Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Gather and analyze business requirements for system changes and enhancements
- Work on project teams to develop more robust and comprehensive Salesforce solutions
- Work as part of a project team to coordinate tool suite technology development and determine project scope and limitations
- Follow SAFe Agile practices and maintain project information in system of record
- Complete project and programming work on other software and/or systems as assigned
- Test programs or databases, correct errors and make necessary modifications
- Collaborate with third‑party consultants to develop and test future product enhancements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with IT team members to ensure data integrity and system stability
- Analyze and troubleshoot system issues and provide recommendations for improvement
- Create and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures
- Regularly meet established deadlines and SLA’s and proactively communicate blockers
- Take initiative to ensure work items are followed through to completion
- Mentor junior team members
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
