We are seeking a motivated and dependable professional to join our team at Jug Mountain Ranch. This position plays a key role in supporting daily golf operations while also providing a wide variety of golf instruction to members, guests, and junior players. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and passionate about growing the game through high-quality instruction and exceptional service.

• Manage Tee Sheets and daily golf shop operations
• Coordination of tournaments, leagues and junior golf
• Lesson scheduling
• Provide instruction to players of all skill levels through lessons, clinics and player development opportunities
• Support golf shop merchandising and inventory
• Coordinate opening and closing procedures
• Develop and build relationships that promote awareness in the community, local hotels & tourism, golf associations, and small businesses
• Check in golfers (lead by example!)
• Play competitive golf and maintain game
• Perform other duties as prescribed by the General Manager

• Class A PGA Member, Level 2 or higher in good standing, maintain PGA status
• Experience with golf management software, handling customer transactions, and coordinating events is preferred.
• Two years of golf shop experience
• Ability to teach all skill levels
• Must be flexible on schedule
• Strong communication skills, service motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from group of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
• Computer knowledge including Word, Excel, Outlook
