Example Schedules:

• 7 days on / 7 days off
• 7 days on / 3 days off
• Stay out longer? No problem — stay out as long as you want and earn more.

Pay:

• Starting Pay: $0.60 CPM (Dry Van)
• Starting Pay: $0.62 CPM (Reefer)

Performance Bonus – Earn more the more you drive

Bonus Breakdown (Paid Quarterly):

• 10,000 miles = +1 CPM
• 11,000 miles = +2 CPM
• 12,000 miles = +5 CPM
• 13,000 miles = +8 CPM
• 14,000+ miles = +10 CPM

If you hit 14,000 miles, your pay goes up to $0.72 CPM for that month!
