Warehouse Worker

Responsibilities

Verify materials (or merchandise) against receiving documents, note and report discrepancies and obvious damages, route materials to prescribed storage locations; store, stack, or palletize materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods; rearrange and take inventory of stored materials, examine stored materials and report deterioration and damage, remove material from storage and prepare it for shipment. The worker may operate hand or power trucks, perform shipping and receiving work, order filling, or operate forklifts.

• High School Diploma
• 3+ years of related experience
• Inventory management, attention to detail, organizational skills
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance
• US citizenship required

Literacy & Comprehension:
Must possess the ability to read, comprehend, and apply written instructions, technical manuals, and safety protocols (equivalent to a secondary education level) to ensure operational safety and inventory accuracy.

Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs; ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders for extended periods during inventory and restocking cycles.

Equipment Operation Proficiency:
Ability to operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (or be trained).

Logistics Software:
Ability to enter and track data within localized inventory management systems to maintain Project Funds Accountability.
